How to remain Positive and Productive during covid-19?


Everyone was happy when the year 2020 started as all the conditions were favourable, but soon the world trapped into bacterial wire surrounded with corona virus threads. Slowly and slowly it started affecting the people who were living their life, as per the government orders all the schools in Gurgaon got closed, and the market area. Only essential items shops were allowed to remain open but only in limited hours, people started buying goods in more quantity as no one was aware that how long the lockdown would remain.

After 3 months the situation was worse and people were scared. No one was coming out of their home and this pandemic also started affecting the jobs of the people. Factories, Shops, E-commerce companies all were closed no business and no production.

The question came that if the condition remains same then is there any way to remain positive and productive in this covid-19?

There are simple rules to remain positive and productive at the same time. To overcome this big problem you need to be calm and peaceful from your mind. There are some pointers through which will help you:

Have gratitude

Be always grateful for the little things that matter. I kept a small journal in which I would write about items that I was grateful for, such as food on the table, good health, and access to high-quality education. To focus on the positivity around you, you might also take five minutes to yourself before you fall asleep. This helps produce optimistic thinking and can boost your mental health.

Realistic Planning

The real plan always works for example always list down your goals. Note down somewhere how many modules or chapters you need to cover. Make sure that you don’t set the goals which look unrealistic as the end of the day they will only demotivate you. Make your points ready for the future goals as happiness before the work and the accomplishment achieved after you get the work done is really unimaginable. Feeling a sense of completion makes your confidence high and trigger that you have learned something.

Involving yourself into any physical activity makes the body and mind stable. Sitting for long hours and no exercise makes the body dull and as a result, one may feel lethargic and cosy. Exercise helps to reduce stress, tone the body and enhance productivity. Nowadays hitting the gym is risky but you can do the home exercise. By doing so one can make a daily routine for such exercise and take help with online YouTube videos.
